Reliable product, works well
I use this product for soft tissue work especially glutes and erectors. The ball works great for the glutes, but the two pieces are too close together for tall people to use on the spinal erectors. If you're over 6ft and over 200lbs this might not be enough, but for everyone else this should work perfectly.
