Great for Trigger point therapy
This is great for breaking up triggerpoints and scar tissue. Afterward I use ice for 20 minutes to reduce inflammation. I like to use just a little bit of lotion or oil when using this tool.

Nice, heavy, solid and smooth piece. Perfect curve and surprised me with a very nice leather case. Day 2 of use, loving how easy it is to use. As far as results...time will tell.
