Don't shake the chair with it. Leaves black sticky marks on your floors.

Do not put them on furniture that you move on the floor (e.g. chairs, bar stools, bedside tables, etc.). They don't slip at all like soft felt. We placed them on the chairs in our dining room and our dining room floor was left with black sticky scuff marks that were difficult to clean. Guests had to physically lift the chairs to set them up and pull them out from under the table. However, it works well for any item that stays in place all the time (e.g. a sofa or a heavy buffet table).
