My husband has moisture issues and starts to sweat profusely with the slightest activity above 50F. Staying hydrated is crucial, he ended up in the ER far more often than normal due to dehydration with electrolyte imbalances. He is a hobby farmer and uses a smaller tractor for his larger jobs. I couldn't understand why he never took a bottle of drink on the tractor - dammit! I'm so stupid! There is no drink holder on his tractor! This set arrived and he was confused until I showed him how to fit a cup holder to his tractor frame in the same way as a bike frame or our garden tractor frame or our 4x4 frame. He's addicted! I showed him how one of our standard water bottles (a blender bottle and a Contigo style water bottle) fit into this holder, he quickly grabbed them and set to work on his tractor. I'm not sure HOW he installed them, but he was very happy with the result. If I didn't want to drill through the frame I would consider using a Sugru but I'm not sure this will hold up over time. Perhaps double sided tape combined with silicone sealant like that used when attaching a shower shampoo dispenser to a shower screen. Several viable options to consider. Meanwhile, I'm definitely satisfied with the simplicity and solidity of this bottle cage.
