This is only my second time buying this product because I've tried other pre-workout products designed to give you focus and endurance and this one gives me it just what i need what i'm looking for in a pre workout supplement. No tremors, tingling and hypermode. I take it about 20-30 minutes before my workout and as I'm also a fitness trainer this formula really helps me focus and remember every part of my choreography! To help me mentally and physically, I sometimes mix it with a higher caffeine pill to further boost my weightlifting workouts. about 2 weeks so it's a bit pricey and I only use it on training days so it lasts longer.
