Replacing the front brake pads on my 18 Subaru WRX STI for the first time and first impressions are great! The brakes are smooth, very quiet, and feel just like the OEM if not slightly better in stopping power without the OEM price tag. I've heard a lot of good things about reducing brake dust and I'm looking forward to seeing how it stacks up against the insane amounts of OEM brake dust. I installed the pads with the included hardware to see how well the hardware matched the OEM. I've read other reviews of Z23 pads that said they made a noise or rattle because the gear was on after driving a few thousand miles, but so far I haven't heard a noise, just am about one drove a hundred miles. I can say that the included hardware looks very high quality to match the OEM hardware well. I will provide an update on how well these pads perform in daily driving, brake dust and any noise as the mileage increases. Update: After 1 week of use, the brakes started to squeal when going over a lot of bumps or when first setting off. I went ahead and installed OEM hardware to fix the knock. I've found that Powerstop's included hardware tends to be overly flexible and is slightly smaller than the OEM's, causing the hardware to bounce and bob while riding and making a booming noise. For this reason, I am deducting a star for the hardware. I'll see how well these pads hold up.
