The most helpful part is being able to keep track of all my tours while I am away from home at events or conferences with clients in different time zones! It also helps me stay organized when planning out new trips/events for upcoming months by organizing everything into one place instead having it spread across multiple apps. There are some features where there isn't much customization so be prepared if something important comes up during an event (like forgetting someone's birthday) because we have no way of knowing until after they arrive back home! We use this app daily as our main tool for scheduling meetings and client travel plans - especially since both myself and another employee work remotely.
