The most helpful part is being able to keep track of all my tours while I am away from home at events or conferences with clients in different time zones! I like the easy to use features, and how it helps me keep track of my clients and their tours. I don't like that I can't change my password. It is very difficult to change the password if I don't know the email address I used to create my account. I have had to ask for help to change my password twice. I also don't like that I have to log in to an account every time I want to change my password. This is a great software to use for a tour operator. I can see all of the information I need to keep
