Overall just ah but floss is better than nothing. hand grasping one. Cons: The floss itself can be 1/3 thicker than similar Glide floss and 1/2 thicker than Target brand floss. This has both positive and negative sides, depending on how close together your teeth are. I have them in the glove compartment and in a pouch in my purse. I use thicker floss every day.
