I bought 2 pieces. One was replaced by Browning. I sent the second one back but said it works fine? Customer service is good. Very nice people, but with cameras less than 3 months old I shouldn't have such problems. Worked fine when new but claimed to have many problems. Reindeer season is very long and "Try that" and "Try that" gets boring. 1. SD card was a problem (I used the SD card that came with it) then the wrong batteries etc. Earth is 2 hours away so difficult to try? During operation, the device works normally. If you can save his work. Seems to have problems after any kind of moisture? I can not help myself. Do the other guys in my rental use other brands and haven't had any problems? I'll switch next year.
