I like that it is easy to use as well as quick which makes my job less stressful at times when there are many other things going through in life! The app has not been updated yet but i hope they do soon so we can have more features added for our customers benefit!! We really need some new apps out now because this one seems outdated compared ot what others offer today or even yesterday. Make sure you know how much time your team will take before getting back too them after an update if needed. It helps us keep track of all clients from different companies who come into contact wtih eachother. This way we don't miss any important information about their business practices since everyone uses the same software system. Also saves me alot of work by using just 1 tool rather than having multiple tools such as outlook etc..
