Excellent remote sensing software- very useful when we work together
1) Easy to use2) Very good customer service3) Good price4) Amazing results5) It can be used in combination with other tools (GIS, crop management etc.).1) Some areas are difficult to extract crops for example water bodies or sloped surfaces2) The result of an analysis takes some time before it becomes available. For this reason I would like to have more detailed information about my last analysis at once as soon as possible instead of waiting until they send me a mail that everything has been calculated/analyzed. We are solving problems related to postharvest losses using drones and this tool helps us to optimize our workflows.

- Helpful staff who solve all questions quickly during working hours even if we need special assistance through email due technical issues, fast development cycles which lead sometimes also directly into new features by request e g from user community; ) nice GUI
