Beautiful, healthy curls

I've been using the Quantum brand since the 1990's and I've always had great results. The hair becomes soft and curly, almost without damage. I recommend buying gloves, wrapping paper and poles. I didn't buy a roll of cotton balls, I just took a long strip of toilet paper, folded it in half and twisted it to collect the drips around my face and ears. I will be sharing photos of the direction and contents of the box to help those considering purchasing this perm.
