I really liked these headphones and followed all the instructions to the letter. Since yesterday the left earbud has stopped working. I fixed errors and nothing helped. Very disappointed that they stopped working less than 1 month after purchase. I guess you get what you pay for and I apparently paid for 1 working earbud. :(UPDATE 4/26/20: As mentioned in my first review, the headphones stopped working less than a month after purchase. After emailing Lasuney customer service, I received a reply asking was asked if I want new headphones for free.I agreed and they sent me new headphones.I charged them and followed the instructions but they didn't even work from the start!I am very disappointed with the quality of this product and I had to understand for the price I got rubbish the money was refunded but I keep getting letters from "Rosie" in Lasooney asking me to write a review and I understand that she is a single mom and my review means a lot... Very weird and unprofessional So bottom line: don't expect this product to last long if at all!
