Love it and hate it for office electronics
So easy to use but can't figure out why mine has letters skipping and then letters going darker and lighter - got it brand new out of the box and this is how it works . Easily replace the cartridge, print and print. It took me a minute to determine the size. I can trade it in - I really think it's an epic product for the ease of use, but I'm very picky about my labels (((they MUST match)))
