I loved these bags for my girls (I bought two) but one of them started falling apart after a few uses. There is no customer service as you landed on their physical therapy website. No consumer goods. And when I contacted Revane, they told me I had already passed the return window. I bought them before they started their games so we can't return them anymore. These bags still look like new. But they're not worth the money if my kid has to carry around a broken bag. And with the quality and customer service, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
