The system was user-friendly and the interface itself was user-friendly. The reports themselves were not user-friendly, especially in the way of how to customize the reports. Perhaps a more user friendly way with filters is necessary. This would mean having a more user friendly format to create the reports. The system itself did seem to slow down once it became larger. As the system grew larger the system itself seemed to slow down in the report development process. Safecility seems to be a relatively user friendly tool to use. With the system the reports can be customized to meet the customer's needs. I like how the software is easy to use and has a lot of features. I also like how the software is very intuitive and has a lot of great features. I dislike that it sometimes does not load properly. I sometimes have to refresh the page or log out and back in to have it work properly. I am solving compliance issues for my company and it is a great tool to use. It helps to keep track of all of our compliance requirements and keep us compliant.
