I've been using this bracelet for almost a year now and I love it every day. I use it on my 945 which I wear 24/7. I change the training strap once a day and don't wear the strap in the water so it doesn't get wet or wet, but the clasp wears out a lot. I see on the bracelet at the clasp where the side of the clasp is rubbing against the watch. It's completely hidden while the strap is in place, so it doesn't bother me at all. I like to think I'm being careful with the watch and strap, but with two children under the age of 5 I can only be so careful, so the fact that the strap hasn't been damaged in the last year is really impressive. Can't speak to the material used - I know some other reviewers have wondered if it's real titanium. I have no reason to doubt it and there is a "T" stamped on the tape, although stamping steel with a T would have been easy enough. The size of the tape was simple enough. I was definitely glad it was something that only had to be made once, but the tools to make it are included, and while it did require some fine motor skills and a bit of swearing, I was able to get it down to size with relative ease, all things considered. Let's just say there was nothing about the bracelet itself that made the size difficult, it's just that the mechanism any link-based watch bracelet would use is inherently complex. Speaking of sizes, before that I had a regular watch. with stainless steel strap. I'm used to wearing watches with a strap that has some play on the wrist. It's not ideal for getting accurate heart rate readings from the 945, especially when it's slipping over my wrist and sitting next to my hand right on my wrist bone (the closer to your elbow and tighter you wear the watch, the more accurate the reading will be). be). For me, the comfort aspect is worth the slightly less accurate heart rate measurement. I have no wrist excitement when wearing the strap like I did with the Fitbit I wore with the silicone strap. My wrist breathes which keeps the area under my watch from getting sweaty/stinky and just plain gross. This band is definitely worth the money. Garmin's official $200 strap seems so ridiculous and I can't imagine spending that much on any accessory, and although $50 isn't cheap considering how much I wear this watch and how much more than that being a fitness watch, they were worth the investment. And I'm happy to say that it really held up.
