Works great, makes driving much easier.

Perfect fit for my dog in the car. I wrap it around the headrest and then through the seat belt. The length allows her to stick her head out the window a bit or lie down without worrying about her getting on my lap or out the window. :) My dog is a medium sized terrier mix of about 35 lbs. Also, I find this strap works a lot better than threading the seat belt through the seat belts as she always managed to get tangled that way. Because this strap is attached over her head and on her back, she can easily turn and change position.
