Needed a hand adjustment as a hole was a bit out of order. I believe it was cut with a plasma torch as one hole was not perfectly round. But hey, that's what Dremels are for. I didn't remove the coupler to expose the hole since I already had the plates in the pipe. Therefore, to be on the safe side, check whether you have screwed in the screws before screwing anything in. Be sure to tape the screw heads to the guides in the panels before inserting into the tubular carriage frame. A powerful magnet on the outside of the cart's tubular frame will push the panel back out if you lose it during installation. Everything else was easy. Installation. Always tighten trailer hitches. You can rent a torque wrench from almost any auto parts store. Usual quality part Reese. Reese trailer products are all I use.
