Review on 💦 Gates 42004 High-performance Water Pump by Erik Barela

I installed it on my '92 Cherokee Laredo i6 a few weekends ago and for the first few weeks it did its job well. Of course things can change over time but I hope this will last at least 100,000 miles. Who knows. Overall the installation went well, the part looks solid so time will tell. I recommend buying a new intake manifold and installing it on this pump before installing them together on your car. The old inlet pipe from my old pump was pretty rusted so it had to be removed. I will update this review if/when this pump starts to wear out, but for now it does the job.
