Living in my converted tiny trailer home all the time, I know the water heater was a priority upgrade. A little hesitant to order from a lesser known brand but happy with the result. It arrived quickly, well packaged and visually well assembled. Smaller and lighter than the old tank block it replaced, but roomy, easy to install (if a bit unwieldy) and works perfectly. Runs quietly, produces hot water consistently (with very little lag), and easily adjusts the temperature with the included keypad (the keypad is brightly lit, so if that bothers you at night install it out of sight). All in all, if you're looking to upgrade from a tank heater, do so with confidence. Especially when connected to the water main there is little to no loss of functionality compared to a typical home installation, with the possible exception of being able to run multiple Hot Taps at the same time. Uses very little propane so far (I'm curious to see how it performs with antifreeze in extremely cold temperatures). Don't forget to order the door...expensive but also well made and looks great in black.
