Should have tried it! I washed before use and used 2 eggs and 1 yolk. The only thing that isn't entirely clear is whether you leave it open after closing it to join the two halves or whether you leave it open. I left it open. The egg was quite fluffy, a bit overcooked, but next time I'll just change the cooking time. The omelet fell out. I fried the onion and peppers beforehand, maybe I'll try them raw next time. All in all a good kitchen helper.
