My interactions with Kitchenova, despite the company's assertion that they are the one-stop shop for all of your kitchen requirements, left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Because the online store was cluttered and poorly organized, it was very difficult for me to locate the item that I was looking for. When I did eventually get around to making a purchase, there was a delay in the delivery, and the product was damaged when it arrived. Their lack of responsiveness and inability to provide beneficial assistance contributed to my frustration and dissatisfaction. The quantity and variety of products available were unimpressive, and the quality of the things I was sent was below average. It's almost as if they promised us a marathon but only gave us a sprint. I would advise you to seek elsewhere for a shopping experience that is both dependable and enjoyable in case you are looking for one of these things. The time and money spent on Kitchenova are not going to be worthwhile.
