I've been running mizuno for at least 10 years now. Traditionally, I stick to the supportive side of Mizuno's suggestions, such as: B. Wave Inspire. I recently decided to switch to knit shoes and couldn't get enough of them. These shoes are lightweight and offer good cushioning. I did notice less cushioning compared to my regular running shoes, but that's what I expected. Losing cushioning has not yet resulted in foot or leg pain. For the record, I bought this shoe in 3 different colorways and I have to mention that the bok choy offering is a lot greener than the stock photos. . I ended up sending them back for the blue offer. Otherwise these shoes are perfect!
