Decent curtains, NOT blackout
I got these curtains to help block out the light from a security lamp that stays on all night just outside my bedroom window. The curtains feel nice, and they look well made but they are NOT thick enough to be considered blackout. I would consider them room darkening, as compared to blinds, but if you need your room really dark plan to double up on the panels or get a different brand. I will keep them but I'm going to be getting an additional thicker curtain to put behind them.
