I bought two of these stands to use at an event when I needed portable tables for laptops. Pros: * The height is quite adjustable - they can be used standing, kneeling or sitting (I used all three) * Three buckles - buckles for the legs, a twist buckle for transverse stretching and one for neck stretching * The case is special designed for the booth. The disassembled case has a compartment for a tray and a tripod.* There is a handle under the stand. This is something I didn't know I needed until I used it. You don't realize how awesome it is to be able to lift a stand with something near the center of gravity until you have one. Cons: * The leg base is a bit narrow. The radius is about 10-12 inches but I have a feeling if it was another 4-6 inches it would be a little more stable. Nothing fell over, I feel like I just need a bigger span. * Tray seems a little flimsy. I'll cut out a piece of plywood or plexiglass to put on the tray to help, but it seems brittle. I guess that's also what makes it so light, but I could carry a little more weight to make it more secure.* There's actually no way to attach items (like a laptop) to the shelf. I use the tape that keeps the tray folded to also keep the laptop on the stand. Not quite what it was designed for, but it works. I also have a few small backup clips.
