I like how easy it was to get started learning as well as implementing! The training videos are really helpful in getting you up & running fast, without any confusion or miscommunication from my part!! It has been great so far.

Nothing at this time - we have learned many new things about our business through their team of experts who work directly within your organization (i'm guessing). If they can keep offering more trainings then i will continue using them even after implementation because everything's going smoothly thusfar! A positive experience overall but nothing particular yet- just doing what needs done which makes me happy :).
