Our water is very hard and chlorinated. Washing cars, especially black ones, always left water stains and I had to go back to the car with a finishing spray, which helped but didn't always remove everything. I've wanted a water filter for a long time but didn't want to spend that much so I didn't pull the trigger until I saw these. I figured if it lasted 6-12 months and just used it to wash cars it would be worth it. Easy to install, a hose is screwed in, then a water nozzle is screwed in. Car washed - WOW. Not only no water stains, but also a clean shine. I never realized how much film water contaminants leave behind. For the price these filters are a steal, highly recommend for car washing!
