Well, a few days after I wrote my first review, a customer service rep had already bounced my email. Since my device was defective and the screen would no longer turn on, it was replaced with a new device. I am very satisfied with the result and the guarantee. I thought I was wasting my money on this but they stand behind their product and guarantee. You just have to be patient. I just used it on a trip last night and it works fine. Only sometimes the device doesn't recognize the sensors, but my camper is 10 meters long and I am towing the car behind my camper, which also has sensors. I think I need to buy their sensor transmitter so I don't lose the sensors in the back of the van. I am still happy with the tpms sensor block as it gives me the confidence to not have breakouts in the future. Thanks guys for keeping the streets safe!
