Review on 💡 NOCO GC008 X-Connect M10 Eyelet Terminal: Enhance your NOCO Genius Smart Battery Charger with this Essential Accessory by Ryan Selpasoria

The wire gauge on this spade adapter (mine was #10) is very small compared to the wire that came with the noco 10 amp charger. The fuse is also 10 amp instead of the 20 amp fuse that comes with the alligator clip kit. I noticed that the charger was putting a very constant 9.9 amps into my battery, but with the 10 amp fuse this was causing tremendous heat to both the fuse and the charger. The fuse box was getting too hot to touch when I decided to stop charging and make changes. The only change was to crimp my own grommets instead of the clipped alligator clips. This gave me a factory 14ga cable to my battery. After making this change (and no other changes), I could no longer detect heat buildup near my battery. In my opinion the eyelet cable I bought is a dangerous product and not compatible with noco 10 at all. It may work well for smaller chargers. I bought this product to eliminate the possibility of a bad crimp on a critical connection. I wanted to do a very clean, foolproof install, instead this noco lug cable fooled me.
