We bought this foldable playpen to keep our two new puppies on the ground during those nasty rest breaks when we were on a trip to pick them up from the breeder but then have We found that this playpen is perfect for camping or traveling to hotels when we need to keep them in a row, but there is limited space in the car for an all-metal cage. Of course, this playpen is not suitable for chewing, but we find it perfect when we need to take care of puppies and keep them close. We bought a large size and we have four dachshunds. The bottom layer is definitely not waterproof so we bought round reusable pee pads for comfort and protection.
