The upholstery seems to be in order - the feet. calm. smooth. My problem was that the supplied metal clamps rubbed against the rotor and made an awful noise. Prying the clamps away from the rotor was a simple fix. But I had to disassemble everything a second time because the noise only occurred during the test drive. basically doubled my working hours. Pay close attention to the clamps during assembly and make sure that they do not rub.
