1. Does NOT detect leaks between the gauge and shutoff valve. This is not mentioned anywhere on their website and these leaks are the most serious and most common2. It does NOT show the water consumption of each device. They have this feature, but it's still in "beta" and works horribly - 8 gallons for a toilet flush, 1.5 gallons for a shower. Looks cool to impress a friend but really useless3. Customer support is very casual, in a bad way. They can't copy and paste or spell your name, they will ask you regular questions with a "what an idiot" attitude. Your return policy is something straight out of China - *unused* products only.
