I was constantly tossing and turning in front of this body pillow and found myself on my back which is a big no. The body pillow came, I just waited a few hours and went to bed, I hardly moved except when my legs or knees cramped. Me and the baby can sleep peacefully without my crazy attitude. Best ever would definitely recommend.
