I'm so sad to give this 2 stars. I love the design, the quality of CAT CHARM is the cutest. The bell ringing sounds like a little angel walking around (although my Siamese cat is the polar opposite of an angel). The reason I have to give this collar two stars is that in less than 2 months while wearing it my cat lost her hair where the pendant touches his chest. I'm not talking about spills. I'm talking about a complete bald spot the size of a small tangerine. The skin is exposed and everything. I was desperate and tested it for cancer or disease. The doctor advised him to stop wearing the collar because he was losing his hair due to the spell. So so so sad. I would recommend retailers to test the metals to ensure they are not harmful to our furry angels/devils.
