Clear eye with paper backing You need to add yourself
I was going to use them for the item I was supposed to make but I can't. They sent me clear safety eyes with colored rings to put on the back before attaching to whatever you are working on. For what I need to do, having loose paper on it would be problematic, especially if the item gets wet as this will naturally damage the paper. I return hoping to find a safe eye of iris color in a protective layer.
