All supplied in separate boxes with 2 Phillips screws (1" and 1.25"). There are no additional washers or spacers. None broke (hooray)! Only one had an unthreaded screw (no complaints, excellent quality factor). They are very easy to install. You only need a Phillips screwdriver and 1 min. If you add washers or standoffs, you will need to buy longer flat head screws. If your drawers or cabinets don't already have a hole, you'll need to drill a hole first. The included and required screws have flat ends. I don't remember the mm/size of the screw circle itself. They look nice and crisp and none of them get messed up when you open the box.
