Takes most things off the surface
It took me two tries to find the bracket that works for my pool. The suction isn't great, but I think that has more to do with the design of the pool. Mine has two inlets, so it reduces the water flow. It still gets a lot of floating stuff. I added a sock to it, so I feel it helps keep my sand filter cleaner.
