Maybe it's user error but I manually tightened the tow strap on my car and then used a wrench but no later than 2 weeks after I had it I noticed it wasn't Case. There's nothing else left but it's a screw so I'm pretty sure it just came loose again, it may have been user error again with a wrench, maybe it was my fault for not tightening it too tight put it on, but then again, by design, it's a really good tow strap.
