Good replacement part
Found this replacement part for the bathroom fan in my 20 year old rental house. Swapping the whole body is too much work. It was a direct replacement for my old unit. TIP: Replace the fan while you work and the new motor will last longer. Old fan impellers are usually clogged with paper dust and too expensive to clean for reuse.
