mixed results on trailer accessories section

Installation: I had trouble pairing even after following the instructions. I contacted tech support and they said to enable the phone's location in addition to bluetooth. Then it worked. I had to set it to the lowest level or else it would slow down my trailer. 40 minutes of use drained my phone's battery by 50%. , I wouldn't like to. I also didn't trust it to work if bluetooth fails. I sent it back and received a wired controller that works great and is reliable.
