To be fair, the description says the tablet holder only fits 10" or smaller tablets. However, many tablets are larger, so it's disappointing that the tablet holder is too small for my iPad. I have a 10.5" iPad with an Otter Box case that doesn't fit in the tablet holder (the case is still attached). I won't take the case off and try it that way because if it doesn't fit in the case I still won't use the tablet holder. Who wants to remove and reattach the cover every time you get in and out of the car with kids! FYI my case is quite bulky so you can fit a 10.5 inch iPad with a smaller case or none at all, but I doubt it. The description is probably correct and 10 inches is the absolute maximum. Just be aware that you won't have much luck with a 10.5 inch iPad and a case. Haven't used these organizers in a very long time so I can't comment on durability but it looks like they're holding up quite well. The adjustable straps work well and feel very secure. Considering you're getting two organizers with this purchase, you're getting loads of storage space. I'm considering ditching our diaper bag altogether (for most days). Overall this is a great product so far. I'm not really interested in the tablet holder, so I'm still happy with my purchase.
