To be fair, the description says the tablet holder only fits 10" or smaller tablets. However, many tablets are larger, so it's disappointing that the tablet holder is too small for my iPad. I have a 10.5" iPad with an Otter Box case that doesn't fit in the tablet holder (the case is still attached).
