I don't agree with any of the reviews I've written below, but despite those reviews, that nifty "electronics cleaning brush" still doesn't leave my backpack and I pull it out a few times a month for very specific goals. Tasks. I still *only* use a brush. The brush has its uses, but you can live without it, which I rarely say about OXO products. Dirt, use this or a soft brush. Otherwise, don't rush to buy this as most likely you won't be using it. **ORIGINAL REVIEW** This brush is a brush. If you are looking for an electronics cleaning brush specifically, look no further - buy this one! This brush is well built, fits easily in a backpack or purse, and folds up to prevent damaging the bristles. However, if (like me) you stumble across this product's listing and aren't sure if you need it, you probably don't need this $5 brush. This tool is practically billed as an all-in-one cleaning tool that will remove layers of dust and grime and make your laptop look 20 years newer, but it's really nothing more than a fluffy brush with a useless grip. rubber tip at the other end. I bought this because my MacBook Pro had stubborn dirt etc on the underside of the buttons that I wanted to clean. While it helped clean it up a bit, it's far from perfect, and this tool fails to make it perfect. I was also hoping it would clear some of the dirt and dust out of the vents on the bottom of my iPhone, but it was utterly useless for that purpose. Stuck in the crevices and crevices of your electronics cannot simply be swept away with a soft brush. The silicone tip on the other end should hypothetically help in this case, but leaves only light marks on your electronics (easy to rub off). To be honest I haven't found any real use for the silicone tip as it's not that difficult to scrape off. I am a huge OXO fan and have purchased many of their products but this one is not worth it. money for me It wasn't worth sending back and I use it from time to time, so it stays in my backpack for now, but I could easily do without it.
