The product was fairly easy to install but I had trouble getting one of the parts through the pre-drilled holes. The finish, strength and finish of the product was surprisingly good, especially for a product made in China. Most bicycle models have different wheel-to-wheel sizes. This bike carrier can only be configured for ONE SIZE bikes, so both bikes must be the same size (front hub center to rear hub center). Secondly, a rack with a hole is completely unsuitable for attaching a bicycle to it. It's too short and descends too far from the nearest bike shed. I had to add hardware and make some creative modifications to make this bike rack usable.
