Received Earlier. Easy to install on my 2014 FLHTK; although I used stainless bolts, washers and locknuts in the 2 fender mounting holes instead of the ones supplied. Good range of back angle adjustment by removing 1 rear seat belt mounting bolt, 1 seat retaining bolt and adjusting 2) 11/16" nuts securing the neoprene shock absorbers. It took me 2 rides and adjustments to get the perfect lumbar support. There is a zipped pocket on the back of the pillow that I use for my sunglasses. I rated it a 4 because the padding feels thin. I have nothing like it I've never had a driver's seatback; but the back of the mustang sissy bar on my cruiser is much more comfortable. For $100 or more, less than others, I'm satisfied.
