Received just in time for a full brisket wrap. I just ran out of paper and needed a new roll. When I finish a bone-in brisket, I use paper. If I'm short on time, I use aluminum foil instead and pop it in the oven. This pink paper works great. This is paper, not parchment, so there is no coating. Comes in a good thick roll, good for many cooks. I typically use about 3-4 feet of paper to wrap a 15-18 pound brisket (pre-cooking weight). I make a good splash before wrapping it up completely. I like the finish on paper and it gives the bark a nice texture while keeping it moist. The paper roll came in a cardboard box and was wrapped in polyethylene.
