First time using butcher paper

I keep hearing people recommend butcher paper for smoking meat so I decided to give it a try. After a few uses I am very satisfied. It appears to soak up the juices from the meat, but doesn't allow it to ooze out completely. This roll feels quite firm and didn't seem brittle even after dousing the breast while roasting. I am very satisfied with this product.

The peach paper worked as expected.

Peach paper has been accurately described. I've used it to wrap pork ham and brisket. The peach paper allowed the smoke to cook the meat while allowing the meat to breathe. The bark did not stick to the paper. The pork turned out juicy and tender. The roast is also juicy and tender. However, I didn't leave the brisket out of the grill long enough which resulted in it becoming too soft to slice. It was my fault. I can't wait to try again.

My top choice for a brisket finish

Received just in time for a full brisket wrap. I just ran out of paper and needed a new roll. When I finish a bone-in brisket, I use paper. If I'm short on time, I use aluminum foil instead and pop it in the oven. This pink paper works great. This is paper, not parchment, so there is no coating. Comes in a good thick roll, good for many cooks. I typically use about 3-4 feet of paper to wrap a 15-18 pound brisket (pre-cooking weight). I make a good splash before wrapping it up completely.
