Given the price and the few reviews I wasn't expecting much from this chair but I am blown away. I work from home 3 days a week and have had this chair for a few weeks now. It's incredibly comfortable and wide enough for me to cross my legs, which was the most important factor when looking for a chair. It feels very sturdy and durable (the wheels don't roll very smoothly, but I don't care). Assembly was very easy and the instructions are clear. The armrests are a bit low, but that doesn't bother me as I mostly cross my legs and rest my elbows on the table. The back height is perfect for me, it allows me to stretch out. I received the red color and it is very beautiful. I weigh about 200 pounds and so far the pillow is as supportive as day one (no bump yet!). The only complaint is that the instructions don't specify that you have to pull the lever (which raises/lowers the seat) outward to activate the tilt function. I know this is the standard for task chairs but I forgot as I never lock mine in the office so it would be nice to mention it in the instructions. Overall I am very happy with this chair and my butt misses it during work days.
